About the artist

Benson Boone is an American pop singer-songwriter whose music moves between intimate piano balladry and full-throated rock-pop release. His recordings make a feature of sudden changes in scale, letting a gentle opening give way to a soaring chorus. Ghost Town introduced him to chart audiences in 2021, while Beautiful Things made him an international mainstream presence in 2024. His debut album Fireworks & Rollerblades followed that year. He's most distinctive when gratitude and apprehension coexist, with happiness presented as something precious enough to fear losing.

Ghost Town to Beautiful Things

Ghost Town gave Boone an early chart foothold in 2021, reaching Number 46 in the UK. Beautiful Things represented a much larger breakthrough in 2024, climbing to UK Number 1 in March after pre-release TikTok teasers. He already had an audience, but this was the song that changed its scale.

Songs to know

Ghost Town

Piano leaves room for an uncomfortable question: could letting someone go be kinder than staying? The vocal grows with the arrangement, making uncertainty the heart of the drama.

Beautiful Things

Gratitude gives way to fear as restrained verses erupt into an explosive chorus. Boone makes happiness sound precious and precarious, with the sudden vocal release doing much of the storytelling.

Slow It Down

Romantic reassurance moves from a measured opening towards a strong pop crescendo. Tenderness and a full-force vocal sit side by side, making comfort sound like something worth working for.

From your headphones to the stage

There’s a moment at a gig when a familiar song stops feeling like something you listen to alone. The opening notes land, the room recognises them, and suddenly hundreds of people are sharing the same feeling. That’s the appeal of seeing Benson Boone: a connection with the music that a recording can start, but a live performance can make entirely different. A quiet verse can draw a room closer; a chorus can send it in the opposite direction. The dates above are the next opportunities listed here to be part of it.

Favourites, deep cuts and new discoveries

The songs you know are one reason to go. The songs that surprise you are another. An album track can sound different with a live band; a familiar melody might reveal a detail you’ve missed through headphones. The tracks featured here offer a way into the artist’s catalogue, rather than a promised setlist. Each tour has its own choices, and the artist’s announcements are the place to find confirmed show details. There’s room for both the song you’ve been waiting for and the one that becomes a favourite on the way home.

Let one artist lead to another

A favourite performer can open the door to a whole new corner of music. A shared genre might bring together artists with very different voices, influences and stories. The related names above are worth a listen if you’re curious about where to go next; the genre and location pages offer another route to a night out.
